These terms govern your use of Chirio, a service for connecting social media accounts and publishing content to them via a dashboard and API. By creating an account or using an API key, you agree to them.
Chirio lets you connect social accounts (currently Instagram, Threads, and X) through each platform's official authorization flow and publish content to them. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or X Corp.
You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys secret; revoke any key you believe is compromised. You must provide accurate account information and be legally permitted to operate the social accounts you connect.
You agree not to use Chirio to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain all rights to the content you publish. You grant us only the limited license needed to transmit that content to the platforms you select. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to publish it.
Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs that we do not control. Platforms may change or revoke API access, rate-limit requests, or remove published content at any time. Chirio is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular post will be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chirio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for deletion). We may suspend or terminate the service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately for material breach of these terms.
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
